E.Terms & Conditions
  1. Please read the following terms and conditions and indicate your acceptance of them by ticking the box below.  The terms and conditions outline your rights and obligations, including in relation to cancellations and refunds. 
  2. 1. Mark Piper reserves the right to cancel any seminar due to unforeseen events or matters beyond our reasonable control.
  3. 2. We will endeavour to give you reasonable notice of cancellation.
  4. 3. You may cancel your enrolment in a workshop / class by providing us with reasonable notice, or in the event of illness.
  5. 4. In the event that you cancel your enrolment in a workshop or class, pursuant to clause 5, you will be liable for our reasonable administration costs arising from your cancellation. 
  6. 5. In the event that you cancel your enrolment in a workshop or class, we will make arrangements to refund the workshop / class fee, less our reasonable administration fee charged pursuant to clause 6.  Eg, if you paid $100 for a course of 10 classes, and you cancelled your enrolment after attending 2 classes, then we would deduct the administration fee from the $80 refund that would otherwise be due to you.
  7. 6. We will make arrangements to refund to you any monies due to you pursuant to clause 7 within 28 days of the date of your cancellation.  
  8. 7. We take safety seriously.  You agree to adhere to all safety guidelines and rules while attending any Mark Piper workshop or course.
